It is one of the “lesser known” neighborhoods here which is precisely what appeals to many of the locals that live there. If you do not know anyone in this area, then most likely you never come as it sits “out of the way”.
Within the Hidden Valley neighborhood there are two retirement homes, Vista Del Monte and Valle Verde. Hidden Valley itself is almost entirely developed, with the southern and eastern portions of the neighborhood being zoned and developed as single-family residential homes. In the northwesterly area you will find mainly R-2 developed properties consisting of duplexes and condos / town homes.
Most of the streets are wider streets with sidewalks and light elevation gains. It is a wonderful place to walk or run with almost zero through traffic. Most of the neighborhood toward the retirement homes has numerous mature trees and small open spaces.
Hidden Valley Real Estate Values
Hidden Valley Real Estate values average around $850,000 to $1.1 million. There is a small group of more expensive homes that can go up to around $1.8 million. Most of the town homes and condos sell in the $550,000 to $850,000 price point. There are also a good amount of duplexes and triplexes in this area.
