In between this you will find the very popular Stearn’s Wharf and all its’ restaurants and shops, The Cabrillo Bath House, the weekly arts and crafts festival lining the East Beach boardwalk, tourists biking and strolling along to see all the sights, locals running, biking, playing soccer, the fickle Sandspit…not to mention all the numerous water sports and fishing.
Additionally, it is home to the local favorite Funk Zone with all its’ restaurants, brew pubs, wine tasting opportunities and much more. Too much to mention…Oh ya…the gateway to our town…State Street which then runs from Stearn’s Wharf all the way up and through Santa Barbara. All throughout this area you will find shops, restaurants and numerous sights. In all, the East and West Beach neighborhoods in Santa Barbara is fun, alive and active.
With regards to East and West Beach real estate, most of this area is a mixture of older and newer condos, duplexes and triplexes, some bigger complexes and the random single family dwelling.

Condos and townhomes generally range from $700,000 to $2 million as well. There are some pockets of high end newer condos or renovated buildings with multiple units that can range in price generally anywhere from $1 million to $3 million.
