The Gorgeous Newer Hideaways Development in Goleta CA

After roughly 15 years of planning, The Hideaways Community finally completed development in 2015.  The community offers two main residential options called The Villas and The Bungalows.  The Villas are single-family detached homes and duplex style homes up to four bedrooms in size while The Bungalows are town home style condos and flats up to three bedrooms in size.

The Hideaway Complex is made up of 38 three to four bedroom, duplex town home residences; 34 three to four bedroom, triplex town home residences; 6 detached three to four bedroom, single-family residences; 11 two bedroom carriage units; and 12 studio to one bedroom condominium residences.

The architectural styles of the units are described as Coastal, Monterey and Ranch.  Many homes are equipped with gorgeous finishes, hardwood floors, Carrera marble counters and offer spacious open floor plans and living areas as well as a gourmet open style kitchen and dining room.

The Hideaways have proven to not only attract local buyers, but have seemed to also fit perfectly in attracting vacation home buyers from our neighbors to the south...Ventura and Los Angeles.

With the Bacara Resort just down the street offering world-class golf and spa/gym amenities, local feeling beaches only steps away, and Santa Barbara within a 10-12 minute drive, The Hideaways have proven to offer what many buyers seem to be looking for.
