Kevin, I had two questions for you:
1) Who does your blog platform? It’s a great layout.
2) How has your luxury market held up in these tough economic times? Our luxury market in Las Vegas hasn’t fallen as much as entry level homes, but that might change this year. What is your average price per sq ft? Anyway, good luck in 2009.

I am on a wordpress. Hope that helps. As far as the luxury market goes here, we have just started to see a drop in the last 4 months….since August 2008. UP until this point this higher end market has been incredibly strong. Now though we are seeing several drops in prices.
